Since the last upgrade. I get quite a bit of static noise when making or receiving a call via Bluetooth. Person I am speaking with says it is crystal clear and they do not hear the static. The noise almost drowns out the person I am speaking with. It seems to get louder with speed.
Any thoughts??

 

Is your phone being charged at the same time ? If so unplug the charger

 

YES....same issue on mine. Off the charger also.

 

I had the same issue and thought it was related to the software upgrade. Before heading to the dealership to launch an official complaint, I decided to try a different headset and the noise was gone. I replaced my headset and no longer have any issues.

 

I'm always plugged in charging and I SOMETIMES have the static. Hang up and a redial almost always fix it.

 

Socal...where is your phone located when you are getting the static? Is it in the dash pocket? Or somewhere else?

Any resolution to this problem?
