Khrome Werks 2+2 Narrow Sweeper BarS Install
#192
2016 Ultra Limited
Just installed the 2+2 narrow sweepers and I like them, like others have posted the pain in the neck is gone and much more comfortable riding position. I'm 5'9" and they fit well. The green connector is gone for 2016 and the heated grip wires along with the throttle wires fit internally without extensions.

Hallelujah to the demise of the green connector! Glad you are enjoying the ride. Why HD doesn't move the bars up is beyond me...

My last set of KW 2+2 I ran out of time to wire internally. The set I have now I will do. Thankfully the green plug is gone on my 2017.
Anyway, guys that have been shoving the wires through. Do you strip off the outer sheath that's on the wires now? Seems like that would help tremendously. Pretty sure I'll be stripping it off.

I know this is an old thread. Wondering if you still have the 300519’s

Received my 300519's yesterday. On the fence about replacing the H/B bushings. Bars are 2" taller so physics would say that there should be more leverage on the bushings.
My question is, will the upgraded bushings because they are stiffer, allow more noticable vibration to travel up into the bars?
Wondering if the new bars are REALLY going to destroy the OEM bushings in short order?

I have the KW on two of my bikes. Haven’t had any problems at all with them.
