Default Filler between police seat and tank 2014 Limited

I have a 2014 Limited with a stock police solo seat set up. I am looking for suggestions to either buy or make a filler that would cover the space between the front of the seat and the dash panel on the gas tank. thanks in advance.

Default Cop Solo

Maybe a cop tank?

I just bought a new 2015 police and the new seat with shock
sits an inch and a half higher than my old bladder one I hate to swap seats but that is what I'll do unless I can find a way of lowering this seat. Which cop seat did you put on yours? Got a close up side shot of it? Any ideas on how to lower it?

I had the mustang solo on it and that is about 2-3 in lower. I like sitting higher. The shock has some adjustment , if you have not done so i would order the factory OEM police service manual . Here is the link for the seat from mustang.

Let me know if you are going to get rid of the seat set up I would be interested in a spare .

Did you ever figure this out? Same issue here with a 2017 road king / police solo seat

Consider buying a tank bra - this also keeps the tank from being scratched

The newer cop bikes are just like that, they all have the gap. On my 04 RKP the bracket kinda fills the gap.

this is what I was going to do to handle the problem......I have a mustang police seat which shows more than the stock seat.....another solution I've seen is a small leather/vinyl insert that fits under the the bottom of the center console....if i can find a pic or video of it, I'll post it.

there are pictures here with the idea i mentioned above.....you cut a small piece of leather or vinyl and wrap the wires and tube that run under your console and then tuck it up and under after....pics aren't great but you can get the idea.

I'm thinking of selling my Police Seat setup but if i decide to keep it, I'll go with one of the two solutions I listed above.
