How do you install a Radio Shack Alarm in a 2015 Ultra Limited?
I have see instructions for older, 2011 - 2012 Harleys.
But they will not work for my 2015.

With a hammer.

Sorry - had to.

I'm not a big Radio Shack fan.

I was thinking to OP was talking about installing the Alarm itself, not just the siren to the alarm. I checked the link post and that had to do with the siren install not the alarm itself. Am I missing something here?

Our Harleys are equipped with the Alarm but do not come with the siren.
I need directions on how to put the siren on the 2014 -2015 Ultra.

The alarm itself is an option as well for many models, not all come with it. I happen to have the siren I took off my '14 Limited before I traded it. My Road King did not come with the alarm from the factory.

I added the Radio Shack siren to my '14 SGS in about 10 minutes. I got a couple of pins from a (computer) DB9 connector from our IT guy at work & soldered them on the siren wires. The siren module connector (that would normally connect to the siren module) was under the left side cover on my SGS (3 wire connector plugged in to a dummy hole). On mine, I plugged the black from the siren into the pin hole for the black wire (GND) on the connector (it was on one end) & the red from the siren into the middle pin hole (green/white I think it was). Taped it all up with electrical tape to keep the water out & the pins from pulling out, and tie-wrapped it to another cable nearby. Viola'...instant security siren! Pretty loud, too!

PS: This DIY mod will NOT have battery back-up.

I tried the Black to Black wire and the Red to green/white and nothing happens. The siren emits a soft buzz when the connection is made. It doesn't emit any other sounds. The siren works when tested on a 12v battery. Does the bikes system have to be reset or something?

I have a 2015 Limited.

I tried that, and I think that does not work anymore. I suppose the trigger wire uses serial communication to activate the alarm.
But hey, the HD siren with battery backup is only a Hundred Dollars...

Thank you

I couldn't find an example of mine on here, either, so I looked at the electrical schematics in the back of my service manual 'till I found the siren module. One end (black on mine) went to ground & the other end (red/orange) went to +12 volts via an unswitched fuse (so it's hot all the time). I traced the center wire (wht/grn) to the BCM module, where it is labeled as "security siren".

I just looked at the Moco's website & the security siren module is the same for the '14s & 15s, so I would think that they would wire the same....but I'm no expert. I didn't have to do anything else to make it work, & the "chirp mode" was already on. When you test it, make sure your fob is not near the bike....
