Our both 15 Limiteds are pretty accurate but our 07 and 08 UCs were 4 to 6 percent off. Have speed icon on the bike GPS bottom right corner see if speedometer is different since GPS speed suppose to depend on the satellite not on the bikes components. as for the warranty it's within HD specs.

Motorcycle speedometers have lied to us for over 50 years or more, and now my
attention span hurts so I am out of here.

I don't care about whether my odometer/speedometer is a couple of MPH off.
I don't care what my fuel mileage is.
I don't care if I get 10,000 miles out of my tires or 3,000 miles out of them.

I ride.
Amen!! It seems every time I open this forum its full of people complaining about their Bikes. I don't remember it being this bad before. And I don't find my bike any less quality than before either. 15,000 miles in seven months and no issues.

The built in speedo on the infotainment system is connected to the speed sensor on the bike. Does not use GPS coordinates to calculate speed as an external GPS uses so the speedometer and GPS speed will read the same.

So you're complaining about the complainers?

Ok I'll play, the odometer is reading more then actual miles traveled, so that would make the service due @ 5,350. Right?

FYI with a good tuner (power vision) you can calibrate the speedo reading
