The dealership left a message on my cell phone today, they are waiting for a new memory stick to arrive tomorrow to re-program the radio. It has a new version of software. We'll see.

As I stated in another thread:
I stand totally red-faced, embarrassed and totally sorry for misleading you.

I just went out and stood with the bike for over 20 minutes.

Every single time I turned it off, let it reset, and turned it on, and the first time I zoomed it zoomed ALL THE WAY IN.

I am so sorry. I really thought it didn't do it.
