Default Big blue got a new inner fairing

And got it for $150 installed!

Long story short... When the bike was in for it's 1k service, they also replaced my left speaker because it was rattling... So, either the mechanic or the detailer who cleaned it afterwards scratched the stock inner fairing. Not a huge scratch, but enough that I would notice it every time I wiped it down. They offered to replace it, so I asked if I could just pay the difference on a Daytona Blue paint matched fairing... They agreed. 6 weeks later, here she is... The difference? $150

Looks great. I've always thought a painted inner fairing is one of the best things a person can do to improve the looks of their touring rig.

Do you think they'd be willing to scratch mine for me ?

Thanks guys! I'm incredibly happy with it... I couldn't stop staring at it on the ride home! Lol! I'll try to get some pics of it in the sunlight, it really pops then!

472 Viper, give it a try! They've been known to screw up quite a bit! Lol! Last time I visit their service center...

Looks good. I'm surprised you got them to own up to the scratch in the first place though.

Sweet! That's what I need on my Daytona Blue ride...

Now if I could only get my dealer to damage my 4.3 radio...
