Just got them installed so now do i have to take it to the dealer so they can program them so that the light on the dash comes on has anyone done this and if so how much. Also can they be made to stay on when you but on the high beams Thanks Kevin

 

The light that should be on will be on the push button switch that was in the kit. Not aware of any light that is lit on the instrument panel. And yes you have to get it programmed to stay on when the high beams are selected.

 

Yes there is a light that will light in your Speedometer, that needs to have a BCM flash in order for it to work, yes you can also have it flashed to stay on with High Beams.. Right now the BCM is not set-up for having AUX lights, hence the reason the light is not on in your Speedo

 

I installed these lights and went to my local dealer and they would not flash it to have the lights stay on with the high beams because it is illegal in the state of New Jersey. Go figure.

 

So drive over the bridge to PA and have it done, or go to another dealer..
