Thank you! Actually it's a lot easier than my 2010 Ultra was. The only tricky part was the wiring for the front and rear speakers as well as the handlebar controls. The speakers all have the same connectors so it was hard to figure out front from rear as are the connectors for the handlebar controls so it was hard to figure out the left from the right. Should have marked them with masking tape, numbers, and a sharpie.

That's Suhweet!! I've wondered how mine would look and now I know!! I just don't think I have it in me to do all the work!! Looks beautiful though!!!

And I bet the dealer charges a small fortune for them to do it!

Somewhere in your part of the globe is a guy who apparently does a "home service" . He meets at certain places and does them on exchange basis. I think that you order the colour you want, he sprays it and then comes and replaces yours for the already sprayed one. There was a thread about this floating around last year.
The prices, if I remember correctly, were very reasonable.

yes his name is Paul Barber he lives in Jacksonville Fl but he travels all over to the rallys
look him up on facebook at PaintedHarleyFairings he does great work I am having my 3rd bike done by him this week in Daytona.
