Default decat or x-pipe Brand

I am doing a stage 1 and I am either decatting my headpipe or buying a x pipe. I do not want the power duals. I just do not like the look although the tuners highly recommend them. My choice is slim with fullsac and fuel moto are the other options. I will be tuning with the SEPST which HD Dealer will perform. Probably not a dyno session for now. HD dealers have not heard of fuel moto but have heard of fullsac. Is the fuel moto stainless pipe a better product then fullsac. fullsac comes with the crossover which fuel moto is extra. is the ceramic coating that much better then plain stainless or go with steel spc pipe from fuel moto. I know the v&h powerduals are #1 but what is #2 on the list? Decatting?

I decated my head pipe and it ran it for 9 months. Last week I bought the Power Duels from V&H cause I like the look, then sold my stock decatted pipes on ebay.

I'm decatted and I'm going to change the head pipes. I too am on the fence between a X-pipe and a plain old true dual. The issue is the true duals just flat sound better.

The Jackpot 2/1/2 fits behind the factory heat shields, where the V&H X does not. I don't know anything about the fullsac one. The Fuel Moto guys will tell you the crossover pipe they sell is only for highly modified motors. If you're doing exhaust/intake on an otherwise stock bike they'll tell you it's not needed.

I saw a guy last week and spoke to him about his two into one stainless ceramic coated pipes ( dont know brand, but he said they were from fuel-moto). Note that stainless pipes yellow after a while. I like the color but you may not. He love his pipes because they improved power and he thought kept the heat off his legs. He ran a 2012 sg. with a PV tuned engine.
