Trip Planner: 2017 Southeast H.O.G. Rally
Pensacola Gives Harley Riders Something to Squeal About in November
The first southeast H.O.G. rally in more than 15 years is gearing up for an off-the-charts event later this year. Members of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) (pictured), were recently joined by officials from Visit Pensacola and the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners to announce that the 2017 Southeast H.O.G. Rally will be held November 1-4 at Pensacola Beach, Florida.
“Pensacola really wanted us, and the riding around this area is just awesome,” H.O.G. Regional Manager for Harley-Davidson, Thor Robinson told Pensacola News Journal.
Regional events were once common for the organization before switching to state rallies. For 2017, Harley Davidson has switched back to regional events that offer more to do. In addition to four days of riding throughout the area, the rally will feature concerts and biker “field games.”
“Expect a great rally, only bigger than you’re probably used to,” Florida State H.O.G. Rally organizers promise on the group’s Facebook page. “We don’t think you’ll be disappointed… Pensacola is a great venue, with loads of things to see and do, including some really great riding. Your rally committee is fired up and looking forward to getting to work to bring you a fantastic and memorable event.”

The Pensacola Bay Area is indeed famous for its natural beauty and historic culture, and it never stops accommodating its latest attractions and events. The unique destination offers locals and tourists alike a vast array of adventures and experiences, including miles and miles of shoreline along award-winning sugar-white beaches.
With organizers expecting more than 2,500 Harley riders at the November event, you’ll want to book your lodging now.
Pensacola Beach and the Pensacola area have a wealth of quality hotels and other accommodations, most of which offer special rally rates. The host hotel is the Hilton Pensacola Beach.
