Terminator 2 Harley Fat Boy Is Heading to Auction

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s iconic ride will soon find a new home, along with tons of other cool movie memorabilia.

Of all the iconic Hollywood movie vehicles we’ve enjoyed over the years, few two-wheelers compare to the Harley Fat Boy ridden by Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 2: Judgement Day. If you were around back in the early ’90s, you undoubtedly remember its appearance in one of the movie’s more exciting scenes. Not to mention the Guns N’ Roses You Could Be Mine video. You know, the one where Axl Rose pairs a huge purple leather jacket with some tight white booty shorts. Because ’90s.

Turns out, that very same Harley is still around. And now, one supremely lucky person is going to get a chance to take it home at the upcoming Profiles in History auction. The massive sale, taking place June 5-8, also includes a pile of movie memorabilia. Everything from clothes to models and even fake prop guns is hitting the block. But, of course, we’re most interested in T2‘s killer Harley Fat Boy.

And the auction house expects that we won’t be the only ones interested, obviously. The catalog estimate for the Fat Boy is $200,000 to $300,000, so bring your checkbook. For that hefty sum, you get a bike with only 392 miles on the odometer, and a little bit of obvious movie-induced wear. There are minor scratches and scrapes, tears in the seat, and zero side mirrors. But when you’re a robot sent back from the future to stop another killer robot, who needs ’em?

Heck, while you’re at it, you might as well make this a matching set and buy Arnold’s iconic leather jacket from the first Terminator film. It’ll run you another $20-$30k, which is obviously steep. But can you really put a price on this level of movie cool?
