2013 Road King

For some people, it’s hard to own just one Harley. After all, there are so many types out there and many of them look appealing. So what do these people do when they get the craving to own another hog? Well, they get another one!

HDForums member RKZen owns two glorious Harley-Davidson bikes, and they are both very, very nice. The first is a 2011 Sportster 1200 Custom and the second is a 2013 Road King.

2011 Sportster 1200 Custom

The 2011 Sportster 1200 Custom looks pretty nice. It’s fenders are painted a vibrant orange and chrome is shining brightly on many areas of the bike.

This Sportster was actually RKZen’s first Harley, and it seems to have been a good choice! The ride has undergone a Stage 1 upgrade with Screaming Eagle slip-on mufflers.

In the future he hopes to do a turn signal relocation, add chubby bars with internal wiring, braid the lines, throw on some more chrome, and more.

As we’ve said before, the Sportster 1200 Custom is not the only bike in RKZen’s garage! A red 2013 Road King also makes its home there, and the motorcycle seems pretty content.

The bike has a stock engine and Big Louie slip-on mufflers. The ride also sports some “bling,” but beyond that it is primarily stock.

RKZen is open to some suggestions on what direction to take while modifying the Road King. Go drop by his garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a good time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week!
