How does it work?

Utilizing a 1 inch ball on the end of attachment points they are held in place with spring tension and twist adjusters. This keeps everything in place and the rubber helps to dampen the vibrations. There are multiple styles of mounts to attach to handle bars, engine guards, and other attachment points. The really nice thing is you can use this mount on your bike, your, car etc… I have often used this on my Jeep and several motorcycles.

What’s it made out of?

The main components are made out of cast aluminum with machines surfaces. The elastomeric ball offers the dual benefits of vibration dampening and a very secure mount when tightened.

Where is it made?

Right here in Seattle Washington USA. Home grown ingenuity and product development that started in 1995.

How much is it?

Price depends on what you buy. The setup I am reviewing here cost less than $60 and the accessory mount for the GoPro was $6.00 in Amazon. Pretty amazing prices for what you get.

Final verdict.

If you want to mount a phone, GPS, camera, and pretty much anything else this is what you want to get. The RAM Mount system is robust, cost effective, and have a lifetime warranty. That’s something you can’t pass up.
