Rememberance: September 11th

We all remember the day, September 11th 2001. That’s the day an attack occurred on U.S. soil and the lives of thousands of Americans were lost and thousands more were changed forever. I was golfing that morning, relaxing from a job in sales and oblivious to the early chaos. When I went home and turned on the TV I was stunned by what I saw. It was just in time to see the second plane hit the towers and not something I will likely ever forget.

From that tragedy many things happened. The country banded together more tightly than it had since possibly WWII. It didn’t matter who or what you did you were swept up in the simple patriotism that has made America one of the greatest nations in history.
