Road rage is a very real problem amongst motorists and when it comes to cars versus motorcycles, motorcycles are clearly at a disadvantage. A couple days ago in Florida, Robert Paul Vance deliberately steered his silver Pontiac into the motorcycle of Joseph Calderazzo and his passenger. The altercation left Calderazzo with a broken leg and reports of his passengers injuries remain undetermined.

Before the assault, Robert Paul Vance had been operating his vehicle erratically and aggressively. He also appeared to be visibly angry. It was Calderazzo who chose to confront Vance about his behavior when Vance attacked Calderazzo with his car.

Vance is no stranger to run ins with the law, he has a criminal record including burglary, battery, and drug possession. He is currently being held on a $25,000 bond and will appear in front of a judge shorty where he will face charges including: Attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, and leaving the site of a crash.
