Lexington’s ‘Flags Ride’ to Honor Military Vets, Aug. 12

Man o’ War Harley-Davidson hosts benefit ride throughout central and eastern Kentucky, with stops where riders can pay tribute to vets.

Lexington, Kentucky’s Man o’ War Harley-Davidson is serving as the kick-off point for this weekend’s Lexington Flags Ride for USA Cares in support of military families in crisis. The all-day event on on August 12 kicks off with a patriotic ceremony and a tribute to those serving our  country, followed by the Flags Ride throughout central and eastern Kentucky.

With kickstands up at 10:30 a.m. at the Man o’ War location (2073 Bryant Rd.), the scenic Flags Ride will feature stops where riders can pay tribute to veterans. Post-ride, participants can enjoy a BBQ, live music and a prize raffle.

Early registration is available via this link and in-person at Man o’ War Harley-Davidson. Proceeds will benefit USA Cares, which assists post-9/11 vets and military families facing hardships.
