A 2015 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special Build

Taking on a project can mean many, many things. From rejuvenating an older bike to improving on something entirely new, every build is unique in its own right. We love them all; from the slow and steady builds to the quick, summer-ready creations. Every single one is amazing, primarily in the sense that someone put in the time, effort, and resources necessary to make it into what it is today. That’s something to be admired.

Today’s build has been taken on by HDForums member Chad, who is also known by his username Chadster21. The ride is a 2015 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special. He intends to improve upon the ride, and make it more of his own. He went into this project with a plan, having purchased many parts before he even went to pick the new machine up!

Some of the parts he has ordered include Vance & Hines Power Dual headers in black, a Roland Sands air cleaner, a Screamin’ Eagle bolt-on 110″ drop-in kit, Todd’s Cycles 10″ bars, and more! He is currently having the bike stripped, with the intent for everything to be powder-coated black.
