Iron 883

With a laundry list of custom parts, this nicely executed Iron 883 also happens to be a bit of a bargain.

Harley’s vast lineup of factory-custom Sportsters is growing by the day. And each offers up something that is quite appealing to bikers, especially younger ones. These are turnkey, ready-to-ride custom bikes that are also rather affordable. But, if you’re looking for something more unique, there are plenty of great options out there. Like this nicely modified 2017 Iron 883 we spotted in the Harley-Davidson Forums Marketplace.

For slightly more than the base price of a new Iron 883, this one comes with a whole laundry list of goodies. Including a Vance & Hines FP3, Short Shots exhaust, and Screaming Eagle Stage 1 air cleaner to free up a few ponies. Not to mention some extra sound. Joining those parts are a host of H-D goodies including forward controls, billet foot pegs and shifter, and a headlight bezel to help kick up the visual appeal.

Meanwhile, the custom Biltwell seat looks great (and quite comfortable), while a DK Custom 2″ tank lift represents a nice touch. DK also provided a custom ignition and coil relocation to clean things up a bit. Drag bars with Arlen Ness grips look good and promise more comfort, while a leather swing arm bag holds your gear.

The simplified theme continues on this Iron 883 with a speedo relocation, wire tuck, and tinted signal covers. With an LED headlight and signals, you won’t have to worry about riding in the dark. The end result of this carefully curated parts list is one fine ride, if you ask us. And it’s just one example of the many awesome bikes and cool parts you can find in the H-D Forums Marketplace!
