Harley Golf Cart Ensures You’ll Tee Off in Style

Harley Golf Cart

You’ll be the envy of the local greens on this restored Harley golf cart.

Sadly, there are just some places in the world where it’s frowned upon to take your Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Among the many is your local golf course. We imagine that golfing would be a whole lot more fun if you could ride your bike between holes instead of some boring electric cart, of course. But the wannabe Tiger Woods ahead of you might not appreciate the noise when he’s trying to sink that birdie.

To solve that problem, might we suggest you buy a Harley golf cart? In case you didn’t know, this isn’t just some custom painted thing, either. It’s the real deal, built by H-D themselves. Harley decided to build its own line of golf carts way back in 1963, until they later sold the venture in 1969. And while some later carts employed the use of four wheels, early ones had three.

Like this 1964 Harley golf cart, which is set to be sold at the Las Vegas Mecum auction taking place from June 1-3. And it might be the nicest one we’ve ever seen after undergoing a complete nut and bolt restoration. The cart comes with a rebuilt engine, driveline, and charging system. And it’s gas powered, just like William S. Harley and Arthur Davidson intended.

So whether you like to hit the links on the weekend or just cruise around the neighborhood, this Harley golf cart is the perfect vehicle to do it in. Just resist the urge to install a set of straight pipes on it.
