Harley-Davidson’s ‘American Dreaming’ Lineup Includes New Road Glides, Street Glides, and a CVO Pan America
Harley-Davidson unveiled the all-new 2024 Road Glide and Street Glide
Harley-Davidson revealed its latest updates for the 2024 model year in a patriotic “American Dreaming” online event. In the online showcase, the MoCo displayed over-the-handlebars shots of riders taking the brand’s newest Grand American Touring motorcycles through Redwood forests, expansive deserts, and endless California coastlines.
The Milwaukee marque’s most popular models, the Road Glide and Street Glide, get an all-new look for 2024. For starters, the 2024 Street Glide gets a new Batwing fairing, complete with redesigned integrated LED runners and a new LED headlamp. Around the back, the Street Glide has new vertical LED taillamps. It’s a stark departure from the previous model’s bullet-style lamps.
In addition to the new Street Glide, the 2024 Harley-Davidson Road Glide gets a new lease on life. Not unlike the latest Street Glide, the new Road Glide gets an all-new Sharknose fixed fairing. What’s more, the MoCo used computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to sculpt the Road Glide’s new Sharknose front-end. Gone are the round headlamps. In their place, the new Road Glide has angular LEDs integrated into the model’s new fairing. Both new Grand American Touring bikes get the brand’s 117-cubic inch Milwaukee-Eight twin.
New CVO models hit the streets in 2024, including a Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America
The new Harley-Davidson Road Glide and Street Glide get the CVO treatment, including new 25th-anniversary looks. Further, Harley-Davidson unveiled the new 2024 CVO Road Glide ST, a performance-oriented take on the ever-popular Road Glide. The Road Glide ST packs the high-output 121 VVT Milwaukee-Eight with a heightened 5,900-rpm redline, making it one of the most potent touring bikes the MoCo has ever produced.
Finally, the 2024 Harley-Davidson CVO Pan America adds a premium touch to the marque’s Revolution Max 1250-powered adventure bike. The CVO treatment adds a Legendary Orange livery with the historic #1 logo as well as CVO-specific aluminum luggage.
