Get Your Harley Dogs Served Right Off the Back of a Hog
For many, a Harley-Davidson is a means of thoroughly enjoying life outside of work. For Leon Borja of Harley Dogs, his beloved ride was a means of finding work.
To make his Harley work for him, the Brazilian chef welded a gas canister to the back and created a makeshift grill. And apparently, Borja makes some seriously grubbing 12-inch hot dogs and triple-stacked burgers on that grill, because he sells enough of them to merit an expansion: a trailer grill affixed to that already grilled-up Harley.
You can see what we’re talking about in a couple of Borja’s tweets below:

Borja’s cooking has earned his mobile kitchen a weekend placement outside of Mother Kelly’s taproom in East London. Mind you, I’ve never heard of Mother Kelly’s, but Munchies, a Vice-owned food site, seems impressed by it. So that’s a good enough review for me.
Actually, reviews be damned. I’ll try anybody’s cooking if they’ve got “pork” and “beef” tattooed to their knuckles, as Borja does. Apparently he’s also got a bunch of vegetables tattooed on his arms too, but I’m not really into vegetables so much.
Regardless of the questionable merits of vegetables, here’s a guy with a makeshift grill welded to his bike, which is pulling another grill. And that’s really more the point.
