A few weeks ago, we told you about the deadly shooting at the Twin Peaks Restaurant and Bar in Waco, Texas. It was an absolute tragedy with hundreds of people fleeing for their lives as three local motorcycle gangs open fired on one another in the parking lot and at police.

Now though, a few weeks later, the McLennan County District Attorney’s Office is filing 25 separate civil motions seeking forfeiture of thousands of dollars worth of motorcycles and vehicles that were impounded when police arrested everyone.

According to District Attorney Abel Reyna, due to the scale of the shootout, a shootout that claimed the lives of nine people, and left another 18 injured, Police are going after these guys hard, including seizing their motorcycles.  Reyna than stated that this forfeiture case is only part of the civil process and does not have any part in the criminal action being taken.

All in total, quite a few Harleys were seized, including a lot of trucks.
