You Can Buy a Geo Metro Trike with a Harley-Davidson Engine Because Obviously There is No God

There are some things that just make me scream WTF. They usually come from Craigslist, and this week it’s no different. In Redding, California there is a partially built trike that is an unholy combination of Harley-Davidson and Geo Metro with a dash of Subaru thrown in for good measure. My brain just can’t fathom this.

The design is a dual-front wheel trike like a Morgan or Slingshot, but it uses the Geo Metro as the body, so it looks absolutely hideous. Powering this thing is a 1999 EV80 Big Twin, but the post says the motor is new and has never been fired. So I guess he has been working on this thing for 15 years?

Putting that power down is a the transmission from a Subaru, and its FWD.

SO let’s recap everything. It’s a reverse trike design with a 17 year old H-D motor that has never been started, its FWD thanks to a Subaru transmission, and it’s all wrapped in a cut and welded shell from a Geo Metro. Oh, did I mention that it’s not completely built yet, and it “needs a front suspension &  probably a subframe to make it all work.”

If you hate life and sanity, you can buy this thing for the incredible unreasonable price of $8000.
