BUILDUP A Harley-Davidson Slim Project

HD Build

When it comes to building up a bike, it really is no easy task. Some people take it on with the thought that it somehow will be, but it’s never the case. It still take time, money, and effort just like anything else.

But, of course, he end result is worth it! HDForums member Jon (A.K.A. “galaxyfe“) has taken on building up his Harley-Davidson Slim, and it is coming along great so far!

As it sits now, the ride has Roland Sands Vintage Moto bars, a Mustang seat, a DeadCreek Cycles lowering kit (1.5”), SE spark plug wires, SE 204 cams, SE adjustable push rods and tubes, Bassani Pro street pipes, a Harley-Davidson Heavy Breather with an Amsoil air filter, a TTS tuner, ’62 FLH tank badges, and more. There is much more to come, and Job seems to be moving at a great pace!

Go check out his build thread and show your support! Who knows, maybe he’ll be able to answer your questions if you’re doing something similar!
