A 2015 Harley-Davidson Sportster Iron 883 Build

While some people might stumble into a build because of their circumstances, others seek out a chance to make a bike into a project.

While sometimes one will do this by picking up an older motorcycle and building it back up into its former glory, others choose to start with a fully-functioning machine and instead work on perfecting it to be exactly what they want.

This is the case with HDForums member Bill, who is also known by his username Barthel75.

Bill picked up his 2015 Harley-Davidson Sportster Iron 883 four months ago, and has since done a lot to get the bike to where it is now.

As it currently sits, the ride has a new seat, air cleaner, pipes, bars, grips, pegs, and more. While the ride has already come a long way, Bill will soon be putting on a DK Customs black headlight and mount kit, new shocks, and white-wall tires. He is also hoping to get a custom paint job on his ride!
