Beautiful mountains, ski ramps and ski lodges are spread out across the country, yet some of them are only productive during the winter. So what’s a world championship-winning dirt bike rider to do with such vast empty land?
Yup, you guessed it. Ride the heck out of it! This video courtesy of Red Bull Motorsports isn’t only fun to watch, but also fun to scream at the insane jumps and trails these guys tackle on an empty ski ramp in Lake Tahoe, California.
The riders are Cody Webb and Taylor Robert, who completely dominate the slopes and single-track trails found around the deserted property. “It’s every dirtbiker’s dream to go out and explore new territories,” says Webb. “Many of these areas we wish to ride are completely off limits to any sort of motorized fun. When Red Bull approached us about filming a freeride-type segment, Taylor and I were all in!”
