2014 H-D Street Glide Bagger Is Like a Big Wheel Toy!

Big Wheel

When you lay eyes on a custom bagger these days, it’s hard not to imagine that at least some of the inspiration for this modern style, came from the iconic Big Wheel kids toy. Even though they aren’t trikes, both have a similarly massive front wheel of almost cartoon-ish proportions.

Perhaps that’s part of the appeal, of course. We tend to grow up and want the adult version of the toys we played with as kids. Whether that be a big lifted truck or a slick custom motorcycle. Now that we have the means to do so, we want the things we dreamed of owning as kids.

This 2014 Street Glide is sure to be somebody’s Big Wheel dream. The first thing you’ll notice, of course, is that insanely huge 32″ Gorby’s Tempest wheel and matching rotor. Both are wrapped in a slick custom fender, but the cool toy factor doesn’t end there!

There’s billet everywhere you look, along with an Evil Intentions outer fairing with a custom scoop and molded windshield. The headlights are from Daymaker, and the inner fairing has an iPad mini integrated into it. And of course, the requisite air ride suspension for smooth riding!

Even though we grow up and take on things like “responsibilities,” the upside is that we can work and buy those dream machines we wanted as kids. Whether that be a retro Harley, or a wild custom bagger like this 2014 Street Glide.
