Hey everyone,&nbsp\\; I am in need of some fork lowers to fit my 99 FLHT.&nbsp\\; I am pretty sure 2000 and newer ones won't work and they are the only ones I can seem to find.&nbsp\\; Let me know what you are looking to get for them, Trade or $$.
Thanks, Dominic

Default RE: Needed- Fork Lowers to fit 99 FLHT

99 brake calipers will not work on a 2000 lower. So what. 2000 calipers are much better & cheap. Upgrade to 2000=> calipers & lowers. I know this will work because I have done it.

I thought that '99 had air in the front as well as the rear. But I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to switch to the newer style if you had the new calipers.

The 99's and older have a 3/4" axle and the 2000 and newer have a 1' axle. I would have to change out the wheel, rotors, calipers and whatever else, and don't have the $$ to change all that out right now. Thats why Im just looking for a fork lower. Thanks guys.
