The other aftermarket tank is the one from Unlimited Engineering, which is the one I have installed. It is fairly easy to tell if one is installed, or you can take a picture of the tank and post it and one of us could tell you.

The KBB value is $19,655 Retail and $15,100 Trade-In. In todays economy, I don't know how much to try and deal. The seller doesn't seem to really be pressed to sell the bike, but I don't want to pay to much either.
Thank you for your help.
Was this bike in South Houston by any chance?

Mystic, if its what you want then get it! Never, ever, negotiate with yourself. If you deal, start a bit lower and meet them in the middle.

Oh, if you do get it and want to do some mods, let me know. I am frequently on another forum most of the time.

Just wondered. A local non-HD dealer had what sounds like an identical bike -- description, price, mileage, and their low-key efforts to sell it. It sat on their floor for a pretty long time. I thought it was a good deal and was surprised that it took so long to sell.

Hi Biped, I sent you a PM, but just in case you haven't seen it, I wanted to let you know that I would like to find out more about the bike in South Houston that you mentioned.
Thank you.

Hi Tray, I was just wondering what other forums for the V-Rod do you frequent?
Thanks.

If you want it, buy it. You can't take it with you. My V-Rod is black Cherry with gray metalflake top of the front fender, air cleaner and rear fender. It is unique. That is what I like most about it. I have not seen another one like it. You will get the same thing with the screaming Eagle. I would start at fourteen K cash.
