I would go at least 14 as well. I'm running KST Mayhems on mine. They are 14's and measure out at 15 3/4"'s. I have them pulled back to me about 3/4" from vertical.

I have 14" Black HCC bagger bars and I really like them. Grips are right at shoulder heigth and the bars blend in well with the black bike.

 

Have black 10" yaffe bars on and like them but just ordered he 12". 10" better than stock but now that they are on wished I would have gone taller, so 12's on the way. I'll post a pic when I get home. No way to use the stock mirrors with yaffe 10's.

 

do the 14" require new cables on a 2014 streetglide?

 

I went with Carlini Menace 14" bars last year haven't had much seat time but, wanted something different then the cookie cutters or trends..

 

this was my buddys SG with 14" monkey bars. I said was because he converted it to a road glide over winter.

 

After reading up on here i went with the 12 monkey bars as well. Cant wait to get them to spend hours cussing and fighting with them haha

 

I have black 13" apes on my 07 streetglide and I have them pulled back a bit so they aren't vertical and the mirrors in the fairing are worthless. I removed them and plugged the holes and mounted mirrors on the bars. You can see it in my signature.

 

I have these same bars in black. I will post some pics when I get home As far as I know

 

14" yaffe bars and i can see just fine out of my mirrors. If your debating 12"-14" get the 14" you wont regret it.
