I have been to Myrtle Beach once for Bike Week, and we used a motorhome and camped last year. I would like to find a decent hotel with decent rates. does anyone have any recommendations??? Also need to be able to park the trailer too.
Thanks

Good luck friend, one thing to make sure of is that the hotel 'allows' bikes. Went last year and had to end up parking mine at a friends hotel because "The Jamacian" didnt allow bikes during bike week. WTF????
Try Garden City Motor Inn, pretty cheap and nice rooms on the beach and very close to the strip.
Wont be staying down this year, but only live 2 1/2 hours away will be there through the weekends staying with some buds.
I've never been for Harley Week. But I've gone to BBW (Black Bike Week) for the past 7 years and have stayed at Coral Beach - 1105 S. Ocean Blvd. Pretty good hotel. For BBW you can park 1 Vehicle, 1 Trailer, and as many bikes that you have occupants. Sorry to say but it might be more leinent(sp) for Harley week. I plan on making HW next year.
I have stayed at both the Coral Beach (same policy regarding bikes Moe) and the Patricia Grand. The PG bends over backwards for bikers, giving them free rein of the parking garage and also helping out those with trailers. It is located at the northern edge of the one way traffic pattern, making it easier to come and go.
Breakers North has always been a decent place. Have stayed there many a time and they've got good parking for your bike and/or trailer and vehicle. It's right on the beach, and has a Starbucks across the street to get going in the morning, as well as the Red Parrot Cafe which get's hopping at night. http://www.breakers.com/north_tower.cfm Not too far north, and not too far down south where it gets a bit rowdier.
