Tried a SE Pro Manual adjuster way to much noise. Been running a Baker sense March of 2012 last year and wanted to try the SE one just to see. I would give $400.00 dollars for a Baker over a SE or a Hayden. Dead quit no whining and a chain that is set like it should be. I want no pressure from a spring or anything on my IPB or left side crank bearing. Some people might love the spring loaded one and some like the stock auto adjuster but i don't like either one but some people like steak and i like pizza so buy what you want.

I was told the SE was noisy and had very little shoe meat. Right now if mine went out id go with the Baker unit.

It is the same pad as the auto adjuster just mounted in a different body and it does make a little noise. I got one that i am using for a paper weigh that i will sell cheap.
