Default '12 Road King ape install....Help please.

Bought a set of 16" Burly apes for my wifes 2012 Road King. Can anybody out there who has made this swap before tell me how long the new cables and wire extensions will need to be? Thanks in advance.

I just put 14" WO bars on my '13 RK, used 8 over. I'd think 10s should work.

I put Prime Apes on my 02 Road King. I bought the kit and did not need the SS brake line as I had already changed it. I would like to sell it if it will work for you.

I went with 16's and did +8" on cables and lines and +12" on the electrical. I went with Carlini's and they run tall though. I hope this helps.

She'a biker mama for sure. So that's 2 votes for +8" and 3 votes for +10".

If your a little long, thats ok, but if your a little short, your up chit creek. I'd go with the +10's and you know they will fit.
