5'-11" with 16" Carlini Flyin Apes. Mine are above my shoulder but I have them pushed forward, and my seat has some foam cut out so I sit low and back. Some bars say 16" but may mesure more or less than 16'. Like someone else said the Carlinis run tall. Also consider the width of the bars (grip to grip). My bars are 1.5" thick so they are wider (41.5") than their standard 1.25" bars (34.5"). It makes a difference in your reach.
I'm 6'0" and run 16" Wild 1's. Mine are more inline with the forks... maybe pushed forward an inch because I run a windshield. I've done a few 400 mile days and they were great - definitely better than the stock setup.
I'm 6' 3" with 14"s and if I were to do it again I'd be hard pressed not to go at least 2" taller. Definitely take into account the seat, the height can vary 2-3" in your seat choice alone.
6' 32" inseam and broad shoulders. My wingspan is like 6'1 fingertip to fingertip. Stock seat, 16" wild 1's tilted forward touching the windshield. I love the height but I'm so-so with the pull back, it ***** my wrists. They could use less pull back IMO.
