Default RE: '08 VICTORY VISION .. VESPA on STEROIDS

I like it! Out of the box styling that ten years from now will look common. You won't see a poser buying one of those.

I own both a 2006 Electra Glide Classic and a 2008 Victory Vision. Between the two of them, I have logged over 7,500 miles in the last 45 days. Regardless of how you feel about the styling, the handling characteristics and comfort of the Vision are far superior to the Electa Glide. The biggest difference is in the handling characteristics. I am absolutely amazed at how much better the Vision is in that area.

I saw the 10th anniversary model at the MN State fair and it blew me away. Sporting candy apple red metallic w/black accent paint and everything that would fit in the chrome tank got dipped! I've got to lookup the local dealer for a ride this week.

Great handling and preformance for a bike. kudoos to the engineers; however, the body designers need to stay away from the weed!!

Too futuristic for me too, besides Victory's don't hold they're value as well as the Harley's

Well...this certainly was on old post that got brought out of the attic (Dec 07). Personally I don't think the bikes resembles anything else on the road. Definitely unique.

You're right about that. My Vision Tour Premium listed for $21,499 and I picked it up new for $16,774 (below cost). At that price, I'm not too worried about the resale hit. I sure wouldn't want to be one of those that have paid MSRP.

Resale........what's that?
Cars drop value like a brick, not even the worst cycle will drop faster. Bikes are toys not investments, too many "smiles" to worry about how much they will be worth tomorrow and wether or not they'll get dusty today. Just ride em.
