The fat boy fender bolts up to the SG using an adapter bracket on both sides. I bought my fender and brackets from J&P cycles. Nice clean look for the front end.

another fender option is the H-D "street stalker"

again, adapter blocks for the mounts will be needed.

this mod has been popular enough that a number of mounts are available incl various billet if you look around

Looking to put a fat boy fender on my 03 Road King, any idea if that will work with the spacer kit as well?

Any photo's of yours with the fat boy fender?

Here's one on my '07 Streetglide. I used the Harley adapters, blasted off the chrome and had them powdercoated to match my black front end.
