I chose the Rumble Road system for my RKC. Speaker pods are cool (same as driving light pods) I added the HD speaker trim..they fit perfectly and run the system off an ipod. They kick pretty good and can be enjoyed at highway speeds. I am very pleased with them.

One more thing, as you can see from the my pic, I was able to keep my windshield bag with the RR system.

Did you wire them to the extra switch on the left or run new wiring back to the battery?
Where is the volume control? Easy to operate with gloves on?

Hey Watercop, I just ordered the same set up and I have a question for ya. It looks like you ride two up at least some. Do you have any reviews from the back seat?

Volume is controlled by what ever device you use with the system..I Pod, CD Player, Satellite reciever etc. Rumble Road does have an optional volume control that will over ride your device that is glove friendly, but I've been ok without it. I wired mine into the spare wire inside the headlight nacelle.

Cool Music Source Mounting

Do you have to have the tank mount for your music source? How long is the wire to hook up to your music source? Just purchased a 2007 Road King Classic and am having the Boom system mounted before I pick up tomorrow! Need to know what I need to bring with me to ride her home! Thanks!
