For no more than I need a jack, the HF yellow one works great. My only complaint that I have is that I need to set the kick stand on a 2 X 4 to get the jack under the bike.

I have an Ultra and tried the HF yellow but when I lifted the bike the jack tilted I had it on the most rear part of the frame so I need a wider based lift

I too have used the Harbor Freight yellow jack for a couple of years now and never had any issue with it. It fits under my Road King with no problem and is a very sturdy jack. Like several have mentioned before, sign up on their site and get the coupons, 20-15% off is always a good thing

This is my pup on the Harbour Freight lift.

Does well for the $300 we put into it.

I'm no engineer but if I'm seeing that correctly and you only have straps on the bars...is that such a good idea?

The front end is locked in the wheel vise.

Most vises are taller and some guys even put a wheel chock on the lift and get rid of the vise.

Once the straps have some tension, no where for the bike to go.

We have frame jacks for the lifts but only break those out if it is going to be up for an extended time or if the rear wheel is getting pulled.

oh, I meant more the fact that your bars have some serious pullback so in essence you're pulling them down

I'm borrowing my neighbors table lift right now, it's working great. I will probably ****** one up when the the time comes for him to take his back.
