it's sort of a universal install kitCam install kit and seems over priced if I plan to buy Torrington B168 bearings. All I really need is the gaskets and O-rings (I think).
Does anyone happen to have the breakdown of parts included in the kit and better yet the ones I actually need so that I can order separately?
THANKS!

Chris,
If you have the breakdown why not give it to the rest of us. There are many individuals that follow the cam threads, for making the same changes. Thanks

Depending on your mileage.... I'm not sure if I would change the lifters. I didn't on mine because I only had 1500 miles on them.... Anyways, here goes...
Chris
1 25244-99A Cam cover gasket
1 18404-08 SE Adjustable Tapered Pushrods
1 11461 Front cam circlip
4 18538-99B Lifters
2 18635-99B Lifter cover gaskets
1 25928-06 Cam spacer kit
2 11301 O-rings - oil passage
2 Torrington B-168 bearings
1 17048-98 SE Exhaust gasket kit (probably not needed...I reused my stock gaskets)
1 25638-07 SE 255 Cams from 110 kit
1 Gary Beatty’s bearing puller/installer
The thing to note here is that this is not actually the full parts break-down of the kit as the kit includes a variety of bearings. BUT - it is exactly what I needed to know and is going to save me (and others perhaps) $$.
Cam cover gasket 25244-99A 1 ea at $5.75
Front cam circlip 11461 1 ea at $1
Lifter cover gaskets 18635-99B 2 ea at $2
Cam spacer kit 25928-06 1 ea at $8.95
O-rings - oil passage 11301 2 ea at 0.95
Excellent info (total above is $21.60 versus the kit's msrp of $97.99)

You shouldn't need to remove the lifter blocks, so those gaskets wouldn't really be needed. If you will be reusing the stock pushrods you'll also need these:
I think the SE adjustable pushrod kits and probably most others have the pushrod-tube o-rings included. Some insist on changing lifters, but I didn't see the point and declined even though the originals had 25k on them. These are identical to Chevrolet lifters and typically last 100k's of miles in cars without issues. A friend who's an engine builder kept his original lifters installed even though they had 60k on them.
Also, the spacer kit may not be needed. I checked my clearance using the stock spacer and it was right on the money requiring no further shimming. I figured if it did I would just go buy the kit at at that time, as they keep these in stock at my local dealer.
