i had the corbin classic solo and sent it back to the factory for a 'nose job', they trimmed the front of the seat to make it narrower and that eliminated the straddling problem.
Thanks Skratch. Unfortunately I am in the UK and the postage back to Corbin costs a bomb. I am doing some other mods to the bike at present and may look for someone over here to trim and recover it. It looks a bit worn out now, so it can't be too bad, having used it for several years!
