I have a similar issue....My 09 RK will squeak when I am going slow and not applying front brakes. It isn't a sustained sound. Imagine the sound a rock stuck in your tire makes, faster you go the more frequent the sound, as you slow, the sound slows.....replace the clicking of the rock with a high pitched squeal. It doesn't do it all the time, but when it does, it stops as soon as I give the front brake some pressure. I haven't taken it to the dealer yet because if it doesn't do it when they ride it, they won't even look at it.

Clean your caliper pistons of brake dust and put "Disc Brake Quite" or a similiar product on the back side of the pads.

Had my rear brake pads replaced and 15k and then the squeeking started. Glad to see your post, cause I'm looking for a solution as well. Never had the squeek until the pads were changed by the dealer. (08 Ultra)

I had the same squeaky brake problem on my 08 Ultra Classic. The bike had approx 2K miles when it began and the noise was very embarassing for being new. I talked to the dealer and learned HD issued a service bulletin for those who complain. (Not all bikes are created equal). The bike has approx 8K miles now and not a problem since.
