Get the Kury, I have the HD push button and I hate it because it rattles at 2800 rpms. I was warned on this forum that some of them rattled and sure nuff mine does. Harley won't take it back. I will check out Kury's and let someone have a good deal on my HD push button.

It sure does. Why in the hell does the door open towards the rider? Makes putting gas in the bike a problem sometimes.

Someone needs to make a console mod that allows the thing to open forwards...

OK. Done deal. I bought the HD Smooth push button for $27.95 shipped from HD of St Paul on eBay.
HD of Chicago was more with shipping and Zanotti wanted to charge me 10 bucks for handling when I told them I'll pick it up. WTF?

Thanks guys.

Default Push button fuel door

I had a problem remembering my key when I went for short jonts, so after th second tme I had to ask a fellow rider to borrow his key I decided to do something so I bought the harley push buttton that locked so I had the best of both worlds, well after installing it I found that it would lock fine but it would not pop open so I returned it thinking I had a bad one well after installing the second one and having to pop it open with a stick I found on the ground, I went back to the store and the service guy told me it was not designed to pop open, so you needed the key to open it anyway. POS, so I just bought the push button one and have had no problems so far. sorry so long, Just my .02. TODD

HD with lock and etched. Don't need a lock? Say that when some kid puts rocks in your tank.
