One on each engine guard beneath the long distance foot pegs. Make sure you put them where you want them before you tighten up the theft proof screws. I went back to stainless steel phillips screws incase I wanted to move them. They were tough to get off withoput the right tool.
There is a reason that Goldwings and most metrics come equipped with helmet locks and Harley's don't. Most people don't have a problem screwing around with a foreign bike or a helmet on a foreign bike because they know most guys that ride them are ***s.....Most people know that they probably shouldn't f--K with a Harley or anything resting on it

On our Ultra Classic, I installed two small hooks under the tour pack near the rear corners. Really works well for two helmets, wife thinks it's the best idea I ever came up with, why are wives so critical? The inside of the helmets stay dry if it rains too.
I'm interested in seeing this setup also.
If you have a picture with and w/out the helmets - that would be great!
I'm also going to look into getting the locks that mount on the frame tubes,
can't attach them on the crash bars since the lowers cover those.
If there's no room in my tour pak, I just lay it on the passenger seat between back rest and tour pak. When riding two up I usually just hang it by chin strap on handle bar. It's usually safe unless you're in an area w/lots of kids then I'll carry it.

As requested, here are some pics with helmets on hooks. When we rotate helmets 180 deg and hang them it helps protect from rain better but not perfect. To install, I had to drill a couple of holes at a conveniant location and use a screw into each hook.
When I use a lock on the helmets, I hang them on the mirrors and use a pistol lock.
It feeds through the D-Rings and then go between some cables and the handle bars.
I sit the helmets on the mirrors, I don't hang them off. I did that once and while I was in the store a sudden storm came and filled my helmet with water. LOL
They are like $6.00 at Walmart.
or if you know anyboy with guns they usually have extras or like one guy said some police stations give them out.

There's your answer right there. Now that you know that, why would you want a Gold Wing?
