My ride is a 1988 EG classic, with 2 into 1 VH pipes, and S&S carb. Problem began when I was forced to remove my baffle due to burn/rust loose and rattling . Ever since she idles very rough and begining to stall on stopping. I have been told several causes one being lack of back pressure. Any ideas to the cause and cure for this problem out there. Thanks for any info....

the lack of backpressure means the motor is flowing more and you need to reset the idle settings.
