I have a 2007 Ultra Classic and have been having intermittant problems with the bike wanting to cut out. I had a stage one air cleaner with screaming eagle slip ons installed about 18 months ago and everything ran fine with the exception of noticing that it did not have as much pep as stock. Now I am having some real problems. Sometimes I can roll to a stop with the clutch pulled in and the RPMs drop to 500, sometimes it will drop to virtually none and have to keep some throttle to keep it running, and sometimes when I pull in the clutch to stop it will cut off completely! I have noticed some popping in the mufflers when decelerating also. Help!!!!

Although your bike is no doubt lean, rather than an issue with the download or other mods I would expect there may be an issue with IAC, there was even several service bulletins regarding this on the 2007 bike.
There is a screw on the ecm that harley says does not need to be adjusted and it comes loose and ovals out the hole. thats what happened to mine. dealer replaced intire system on warranty. but band aid is to remove screw and loctite it back in. takes a special tool supposidly.
