On the Road Glide Custom, Harley steered from the traditional FL dual mufflers with a crossover pipe in favor of a two-into-one exhaust. I think this was a mistake...
Find out why Phil thinks the two-into-one was a mistake in the December 2009 issue of American Rider or check out the FULL article online at AmericanRider.com in November.

i hate when they do that!.... give us just a taste of the article and then tell you to come back later for the rest. just give it to me all at once.
I was at the local dealer yesterday and every FLTRX was sold or on hold, sales guy told me the RGC is the hottest selling of the 2010's... I did not buy mine from there..
The American Rider article was good... I at first didn't care for the 2 into 1 exhaust setup but now I'm liking it just because it is different...

I read as far as "Its beautiful to look at" looked at the pictures and it was a fugly and realized obviously the writer doesn't know what he's talking about,
I like the performance and look of the two-into-one on this bike because it's not styled like a "classic" bagger. And I think duals look right on classic baggers.
