Default 10" Wild ones on 09 Road King

Finally got my Apes on her last week. These bars are amazing, and I love them. The handle and look are far better than I ever expected. If you want to see more look in my profile. Thanks guys

Did you have to change any of your cables or wires to install the 10" apes?

Nice! I'm wondering how long it will be before you're thinking of 14's...!

I recommend it, go longer cuz you'll probably be going up in time and you'll have the slack already. +6" on clutch and brake line. That will allow you bars up to 14". +4" for 10-12" bars etc.
Oh and get this Molex pin release tool. Getting those wires loose from the connectors it the hardest part of the job:

Got if off ebay for $14 delivered.

I have done several sets. You have to extend the wires but not the cables. Great bars!

Same here ... 10" WO for my '09 RKC. That bar is the perfect fit for me; I'm 5'11. My other choice was the RK II by WO. I was able to try both. The dealer put on each bar and I was able to check the fit (just sitting on the bike; not riding it). The 10" WO won because of comfort, in both the position of my arms and the wrist angle. Along with the new bar, I changed to braided brake and clutch cables and internal wiring.

Congrats on the new bars ... I'm sure happy with mine.
