Back in the day when I lived in VA and had to have an Inspection sticker, I made an aluminum one and had it chromed. Attached it to the left side front of the bike. Pretty inconspicuous.... but not as good as NOT having one anywhere. NO inspection in MT.

All done by computer in NC. No stickers anymore. When you get your tag renewed, it will flag you if you have not had vehicle inspected within the last year. No tag renewal if you are flagged in the system.
