Default alarm system question

I just put a LED tail light and turn signals on the ultra yesterday and now my alarm is acting up. When I push the fob it flashes like it is supposed to but it doesn't do anything as far as electrical shutdown. The lights will flash when the bike is moved and the alarm is armed but u can start it still and u couldn't before. When I turn the bike on after starting it with the alarm off the turn signals will flash a few times and the security key light on the speedo stays lit. The turn signals and everything else works as it should so I am confused. It was just changing the lights so I am not sure why this would cause a problem. It was a plug n play operation. No fuss, no muss or so I thought. I checked the fused and no issues there. Does anyone have any ides? I didn't think I would have to reset something but who knows

thanks

ummmm no. Do I need to? oh and what is one lol. That wasn' t in the friggin directions. They were Kuryakin (sp?). They had connectors that plugged right into the factory plugs in the back. The front ones went into the factory connector after removing the old ones.

THIS is what a load equalizer is. LED's have such a little draw compared to regular bulbs and it messes with the TSSM and whatnot so you need an equalizer.
